If I’ve been given a voucher by my School, how do I use it?
You can use your School voucher by calling our Customer Service team on 01928 752 610 option 1. A member of our team will then place your order using your voucher as payment.
Can I use my School voucher on your website?
No, you can only use a School voucher by placing a phone order. We are however working on a web solution so it will be something you can do in the future.
How long do I have to use my voucher?
Your School will have given you a date of when it needs to be used by. After this date it will expire therefore, please make sure you use it in the period given.
What if my order value is greater than my voucher?
You can pay the difference using a credit or debit card.
If I return my items after using a voucher payment, how do I place a new order?
Once you receive the return confirmation email, please call our Customer Service team to place your new order using the voucher return code.
How long will it take to receive my return confirmation email?
Please allow 2 working days for the parcel to reach us and a further 14 working days (depending on the time of year) to process your return and voucher refund.
