How to return an online order for a full refund?

  • Fill out your returns form

    Complete the returns form included in your parcel. Make sure to fill in all necessary information accurately. This form includes a link to the Evri returns portal, where you can create your free returns label, this can be printed at home or at a local Evri ParcelShop.

  • Repack your items

    Repack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Place the completed returns form inside the parcel.


  • Drop off at your local Evri ParcelShop

    Drop off your parcel at your local Evri ParcelShop. Once we receive your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email. You should then receive your refund within 14 days (depending on the time of year). Please note for all returns, obtain a receipt of posting as returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.

FAQs

Do you offer an exchange service?

We do not offer an exchange service for orders being returned by post. All returned items will be refunded via the original payment method and you will need to place a new order.

If the items do not fit, can I return them?

Yes, you can return any order placed on or after the 4th of May 2026, up until the 11th of September 2026, which can be returned for a full refund. Items which are not in their original packaging or have any tags removed will not be eligible for a refund. Please include your returns form in your parcel. This form includes a link to the Evri returns portal. Follow the link to create a free tracked returns label. This can be printed at home or at a local Evri ParcelShop.

How do I return my order placed online for a refund?

Does your returns form still include a link for Royal Mail?

We’re currently switching our delivery partner from Royal Mail to Evri. During this transition, some orders are still sent with Royal Mail and will include a Royal Mail returns link. If your order was delivered by Royal Mail, please use the returns link and follow the instructions on your returns form.

Can my child’s school return the items for me?

No, it’s the parents/guardian's responsibility to return the items.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Please allow 2 working days for the parcel to reach us and a further 14 working days (depending on the time of year) to process your return and refund.

What should I send the items back in?

Please use the same packaging you received the items in. If this isn’t possible, please ensure the items are packaged in a secure bag and the pre-paid sticker covers your address label to avoid the parcel being returned back to you.
